Who do some of the top '08 draft prospects compare to in the NFL?

Some I could think of are...

    Calais Campbell - Jason Taylor
    Glen Dorsey - Warren Sapp
    Limas Sweed - Roy Williams
    Sedrick Ellis - Rod Coleman
    Keith Rivers - Lance Briggs
    Chris Long - Patrick Kerney
    Jake Long - Jon Runyan
    Jared Gaither - Jonathan Ogden
    Jonathan Stewart - Larry Johnson
    Steve Slaton - Brian Westbrook

Limas Sweed isnt as fast or physical as Roy. Gaither = Ogden is stretching it too.
    I'm a state.

Campbell is listed at 6'8" 280-lbs. He is almost the opposite of Jason Taylor, let alone comparable.

Gaither has the physical tools and potential to be the next Ogden. I don't think he's close right now in terms of his play.

I forgot that he is now at 280, I thought he was around 265. Though I think Calais is more talented a better comparison might be Calais=Chris Canty.

Gaither physical tools are quite the hype around here and I don't see it. He isn't nearly as strong in either the upper or lower body and lacks Ogden's lateral speed.

Gaither is much closer to Alex Barron.

I'm not a huge Gaither fan but he is FREAK. He's 6'9" 330lbs, ran a 4.75 in HS, and has a 36 inch vert at Maryland. The guys has freak size andwith great athletism to go along with it. He could be the next Tony Mandriach but has potential to be the next Ogden.

Campbell is listed at 280, but I'm pretty sure he was playing upper 260s - low 70s this season. It doesn't really matter what his weight is, cause he carries it extremely well and it doesn't look like he weighs that much. He's kind of lanky and a good rangy athlete like Taylor.

No doubt about it, Vernon Davis was/is a freak.
