        yea he never really had a chance to compete for the starting job, but he showed some promise last year, i really think he can step up this year. When Grossman went down he could manage the game and thats what the bears need. A strong Running Game, a Game manager and a Strong D. He will never be a Tier 1-3 but i certainly could see him in 5 and 6

                interesting that bulger barely makes any lists (borderline 10) and brees is generally around #5. maybe its just me but they seem like identical QBs. I dont think Brees has had to deal with the offensive line problems Bulger has had to.
