  • I agree that he deserves the money more than Grant. But I also see him getting tagged for some reason..

      • I would be totally pissed if we draft Mendenhall at 10.

        • I'd rather take Keith Rivers over McKelvin, even though I don't think McK will drop to us. He has Patriots written all over him, trust me, I've seen him.

I'll give Harper one more season. That's it. I hated the selection when we chose him and he's done nothing to make me wanna like him, including that WaterWorld incident.

              • Yea, all the transactions made after a certain date didn't happen here so Gleason is still playing in this NFL.

                • Not a big fan of that mock offseason at all.
The whole world loves neophyte athletic tight end Jimmy Graham from Miami with the 95th pick. "Best pick in the draft,'' one AFC coach told me. "Give him time, and in that offense, he'll be better than [Jeremy] Shockey by the start of next year.''

“We know that no matter the adversity, be it the lockout, be it the suspension or be it a hurricane, our men will pull together and defend the honor of this city. We’ve shown we’ve been able to do that.” - Jabari Greer

                    • I do wish you would have done a little more with our DB's. And if you drafted Rivers we should have spent the money on a CB and not Briggs. IMO

Talib won't get past the Cowboys imo.

                          • Saints coach Sean Payton says he’s expecting Bush to participate fully in team workouts this off-season.

“He’s planning on being involved in all of our off-season which is encouraging and good,” Payton said. “It’s important for him, especially with running backs and the pounding they take to be real diligent in the weight room. … I think Reggie as well as the rest of the guys understand the significance of this time of the year and how it helps you as you move into the start of the season.”

                            • I think this is great news, he needs to start early this year anyway. This IMO will be his breakout year. So he needs to get to doing the right things to prepare for this season ASAP. Off-season workouts are voluntary so I like that he is doing this and not being at home doing nothing (football related)

Talib won't be available in the second. I'll put money on that.

Also, he seems just like a zone corner. I don't see him doing well in our system and don't want to try and see if he pans out. Let's move on to someone who wasn't burned by Jordy Nelson and Maurice Purify. Guys like Patrick Lee, Brandon Flowers, and Tracy Porter will be there in the 2nd and would fit our system more.
