The better draft I'd say goes to the Jets. They got 2 great talents and probably starters as opposed to the Pats getting 1. Also, I think they got the best prospect between them in Revis. Despite the Pats having more picks the Jets got the most quality. If you want to count Jones and Moss its a wash between those pickups. The Pats getting a 08' 1st rounder makes it close but I still give the Jets a slight edge.

Hard to argue with the Pats. I tend to think of it as, with their forth round pick they drafted Randy Moss. I love Meriweather. and that alone is a solid draft.

I also love Revis, but i would give the slight edge to the Pats if u consider Moss a draft pick as i do

Yea but you also have to consider Thomas Jones as our 3rd round pick. That does improve how we stack up against them and personally i think we had a better draft before and after Jones and Moss are put in the equation
QB, OG, OLB, WR, CB, MLB, RB, FS

Exactly Why The Jets were the Coolest Team in the NFL under Rex, but Bowles is the man-see Arians speech:

ah, i forgot about Jones. very solid pickup.

the difference might have to come from the ability of the mid/late rounders to step up. having a solid player/starter come from the later half of the draft is always important, and both teams have been able to do that. that might be the difference this year.

of the palyers we drafted i like the ability and potential, but NE had more picks that might step up. i'm hard pressed to say one over the other

I really like what we did, but the Pats are so scary right now. The Moss trade scares the crap out of me if hes playing up to half of his potential even and Meriweather will be able to contribute right away. The Jets have improved a lot this offseason, but not by nearly as much as the Pats and thats a very scary, but truthful, though.
