Man Punched For Grabbing Cowboys Flag
A man was punched in the face after he removed a Dallas Cowboys
flag from a car in downtown Washington, D.C. earlier this week.
According to the Associated Press, a pedestrian grabbed the flag from a vehicle that was stopped in traffic and threw it to the ground.
Police and witnesses say someone in the car then got out and punched the flag-grabber in the face by the time he had crossed the street.
The man was treated for a bruised forehead.
It was unclear whether the person was sticking up for the Cowboys, or just didn’t like that the man touched his car.
