            • So.....deads went horribly and my knee hurts now. This sucks. I don't get it. I gotta stick to upper body for a really long time, which absolutely sucks.

              Anyone have experience having to design solely an upper body routine? I want to lift at least 3 days a week and my gym is open mon-thurs and sunday.
              When I eat, it is the food that is scared.

              • You could probably do something like.

                Monday- Bench press 5x5 and some assistance

                wed-overhead press and some assistance

                friday-do some isolation lifts. I have never seen a pure upper body progam that is 3 days a week. Most programs have 2 upperbody days.

                      • You can't really call one physical sport harder then the other. Peoples' physical activities do vary. Some have slow pitched muscles, others have fast pitched. Lance Armstrong can bike for an hour, michael phelps can swim for an hour and it comes natural to them.

                          Yea I did that before. You could do:

                          day 1: Chest & Triceps

                          day 2: Shoulders

                          day 3: Biceps & Back

                              Bench w/ assistance

                              OHP w/ assistance(w/ your knee having time to heal you could probably do push press since it wont require a lot of strain on your knee)

                              Bent over rows w/ assistance.

                                box squats(work up to a 3-5 rep max)
                                snatch grip deadlifts 5x5
                                bulgarian split squats 4sets 6-12 reps
                                abs

                                wednesday
                                bench press(work up to a 3-5 rep max)
                                db incline 2x15-20 reps
                                seated rows 4x8-12
                                face pulls 4x8-12
                                DB shrugs 4x8-15
                                preacher curls 4x8-15

                                Friday-
                                Power clean 5x5
                                step ups 3x10
                                cable pull throughs 3x8-12
                                abs

                                sunday-
                                DB bench press 4x12-15
                                lat pull downs 4x8-12
                                face pulls 4x8-12
                                cable lateral raises 4x8-12
                                DB shrugs 3x8-10
                                tricepe pushdowns 3x15-25
                                wrist curls 3x12
