Ah crap, I miscalculated, my bad.....had a brain fart. It was 365 (3 plates and a 25). Still, I couldnt believe it dude, she did it for 5 reps I think. And we dont have bumper plates, so it was def. legit.
Get a rush from it. Always been involved in something physical. Lost a lot of weight the wrong way at one point in my life, losing a **** ton of muscle. Started out wanting to be as strong as I used to be, now I want to be as strong as I can be. Doesn't hurt that it helps you look better either.
