Man it's hard to believe a chick doing 465 seriously lol. She must have been about 4 foot tall.

          • Ah crap, I miscalculated, my bad.....had a brain fart. It was 365 (3 plates and a 25). Still, I couldnt believe it dude, she did it for 5 reps I think. And we dont have bumper plates, so it was def. legit.

Used to be for sports, now it's just for looks and because I enjoy it.

Get a rush from it. Always been involved in something physical. Lost a lot of weight the wrong way at one point in my life, losing a **** ton of muscle. Started out wanting to be as strong as I used to be, now I want to be as strong as I can be. Doesn't hurt that it helps you look better either.

So I can let everyone in the gym know how jacked and tan I am.

I do it to be healthy more than anything.

What do the vikings and marijuana have in common? Every time you put them in a bowl
                      they get smoked.

                      • I lift to be strong. Thats really the reason why everyone should lift. Everything else you gain is a side effect of being strong.

                              • This snow storm is killing me right now. I haven't lifted in about 6 days right now. It just gives you the worst feeling in the world, and basically all you can do about it is pushups, sit ups, etc.
