If you go by the Graphic Novels, Rick, Dale, Glenn, Andrea would not be bad choices at all...however if you are going by the TV show...I wouldnt pick em.

Chris, Leon, Michonne, Andrea, Miyamoto Rae

Chris and Leon are the muscle highly trained and protective. Michonne is just way too bad ass to not put in my party plus she is a chick and I'd like to have even numbers. Andrea is the sharp shooter in the comics do I'd go for that. IIRC Rae is the school nurse in HSotD the closest thing to a doctor on the list.
