When you do the [youtube] brackets, you don't put the entire link in them. You only put the letters/numbers that are at the end of it.

For example, here's your link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Plz-bhcHryc

Only "Plz-bhcHryc" goes in the brackets. So when ya post a YouTube vid, copy the text after the = sign and it'll work.
