Also just to clear up on that powerbomb kid, both kids were suspended and the big kid was a year 10(so 14-16) and the other one was 11-12 and a ginger. So god likes fat kids more than gingers. You also need to watch with sound, the pretty hot chick tells the other guy who steps up to back down or he is going to get beat down as well!

Well, I just found a new form of punishment for disrespectful students.

So a 12 year old was trying to pick on a 14-16 year old? The situation's a lot different if a teenager picked up a child and threw him down, regardless of how annoying the kid was.

I think it was just Rebecca's birthday or something, and her parents got her the gift of her own music video. I don't think it was ever intended to go so viral.

The rap part was such a fail. He can't even rap. I could do a better job rapping. And I can't rap either.

This is pretty crazy. Plenty of them are wrong, but enough are right for it to be crazy, while enough are wrong or just wrong enough for me to believe it's real.

That makes me want to predict what will happen in the next 100 years.
Then, 100 years from now, when we're all dead, people can look back at the geniuses that inhabited SWDC.

In Europe, school is free. So that was almost right. It would be nice for us now, but at the same time, if school was free, you'd pretty much have to go for longer. Look at now, you need at least a bachelor's degree for most non-physical labour jobs. You'd probably keep needing more and more because if it's free, more people are gonna REALLY finish school.

I apologize in advance for debating in the funny picture thread, and will post funny pictures later to make up for it.

But I think that's fairly untrue. More people would try to go, but without the commitment of having to pay for it yourself, there would probably be far more drop outs.

Think about how many kids paying for it themselves already drop out after one year or even less. When I was a senior in high school, we had a college advisor come talk to our class. He said that by the end of your freshman year, 50% of the kids who entered with you will already have dropped out. 50% of those who remain will either take an extra year to finish, or transfer to a different school.

I called BS at the time but looking back....that numbers were too conservative if anything. By the end of my senior year, I only knew of about 3 or 4 other guys from my floor of 20 some freshman year who were still in school, and I was the only one graduating on time. It was insane.

And that is WITH having to pay for it yourself....

If it were free, I think more kids would attempt college, but the dropout rate would skyrocket.

I suppose that's possible. Likely, even, now that you mention it. There might not be an increase in Bachelor's degrees, but I still think you'd see more Masters and PhDs rewarded, because I would think there would be more incentive to keep going rather than stopping at the Bachelor's level.
