Recently I had a night where I fell asleep at about 12, woke up at two thinking it was the morning (I felt totally rested up and refreshed) and was so excited I had more sleep coming. Then the rare happened, I woke up around 4 thinking the same thing, and had another 2:30 left to sleep. It was the best 6 and a half hours of sleep I've ever gotten.
