Surprisingly, I'm not even fat. But since I used wheat bread, low fat cheese, and 90/10 ground sirloin, it was only about 550 calories. Not as unhealthy as you would think.

I won't even try to make an excuse. Ours was horrifically unhealthy. The beef was lean, but that's about it.

When you are trying to not gain weight, it's a must.

I was the "do everything" guy at local "mom and pop" (actually mother and son) type grocery store in high school and they basically had me do anything that needed done in the evening. And when we ran out of hamburger meat, they had me make it.

And the stuff the meat workers set aside to put in the cheap ground beef was ******* DISGUSTING. Chunks of hard...cartilage?...like the size of my fist and strips of fat with like tiny little pieces of meat hanging onto it...it was so gross.

So I've never eaten anything but the leanest ground beef since then.

I laughed, then when I thought I should be feeling bad I started thinking that in reality that wouldn't have hurt very much at all(given that the guy wouldn't have felt any of it) and that the chances it actually does any damage are pretty bloody low. I'm almost certainly going to hell...

Also... that above facebook is one of my favourites and more importantly is one of the few that could in fact be real, mostly because I believe religious idiots would actually post something like that.
