new orleans is the only worthwhile part of the 'south'. but even then, i'd rather spend time in the south than in jersey or la.

I suppose south Florida could be alright too.

The only time I even go to LA anymore is for basketball games and to go to the occasional clinic.

Southern California is more than just LA, njx. Then again, it's still mostly vapid and expensive.

With the exception of Charleston and Savannah the Southeast is my least favorite part of the country, aside from Iowa.

Especially Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and most of Florida. Its mostly the people that live there rather than the physical landscape/climate.

I've never been out of Cali...Las Vegas doesn't count...so I wouldn't know.

I'm quite positive you would hate Miami. Southbeach is topless, though, so there's that. Outside of Southbeach is very "meh" though, so you'd find very little use/enjoyment.
