That is great, but it could be for a class which requires macs.

I thought I saw one guy without a Mac but regardless, it's the kind of crap I see on campus. Sure OS X is pretty amazing but for the most part, 99% of college kids have no reason to get a Mac.

Im proud to be a pc.

Idk what school it is, but a lot of smaller schools I know of will give students laptops, so that might be why. I go to a school of 20K+ undergrad and have never seen that many macs.

Pretty much. Macs are like PC's for dummies. If you think a PC is too ******* difficult to operate then get a Mac.

I'm a Mac user, but I respect PCs. They both have their benefits. I don't do anything that would require me to have a PC. I just like them because Macs tend to run smoother due to the fact that the hardware and the software are designed and manufactured by the same people, making them work seamlessly. Privatized hardware sometimes causes problems for me with PCs. But PCs are much more customizable, which is great, and they can do the more advanced stuff that Macs can't.

All this being said, it frustrates me that hipsters have hijacked Apple products. I loved Apple waaaay back in the day.

PCs can run just as smooth as any Mac, the problem comes with people who get their computers from stores, which are loaded with junk programs and free trial software.
