Should this trade be vetoed?

Team A receives:
-SP Max Scherzer
-RP Brian Fuentes
-SP Livan Hernandez

Team B receives:
-C Miguel Olivo
-RP John Axford
-RP Michael Gonzalez

It is unfair, team b is getting absolutely ripped. I generally dont like vetoes tho unless it is 2 people actually working together. For example, I got Justin Verlander for AJ Burnett like 3 weeks into the season b/c someone I play with overreacts greatly, I knew this and exploited it.
