I don't think Carolina is gonna be a playoff contender or anything, but I agree they will knock some people off. I could see 6-7 wins easily. They just quit last year. They have lots of talent.

I like Cam Newton a hell of a lot more than I like Matt Moore or Jimmy Clausen.

Jimmy Clausen was AWFUL last year, and Newton is brutally raw. Maybe I'd buy 4 wins if Newton uses his athleticism rookie-VY style to snatch a win or two, but their division is hellishly strong plus they have to play the NFC North and AFC South. Not easy by any stretch.

At least he can run when the line breaks down.
