Vikings vs Tebows

Playing the Denver Tebows today. We lucked out and Von Miller is out for today's game. He would have tore our OT a new one many times. Now we've only got to worry about Dumervil doing that.

Vikes99ej 12-04-2011 12:21 PM

I say this every week, but each player on our offensive line needs to be executed.

Crazy_Chris 12-04-2011 01:27 PM

WTF is going on, Devin Aromashodu is actually being useful for once.

marshallb 12-04-2011 01:42 PM

So, Ponder has made a couple stupid mistakes, but other than those plays has looked damn good despite having no time and limping around due to all those hits. Rudolph has insanely good hands, and how he and Harvin can be on the sideline on that shot to the end zone at the end of the half is beyond me. It makes no sense whatsoever. Defense has been amazing, but Denver's offense has been well beyond inept thus far.

eltwentyone 12-04-2011 01:45 PM

Rudolph has elite hands, he just needs to work on his separation skills, have u seen that one handed catches he made last game?

p.s.
Announcer has it right
Why iare Rudy and Harvin on the sidelines?

I really like the way Ponder competes, he doesn't get rattled by his mistakes, or all the hits he is taking... He just keeps on slingin it.

eltwentyone 12-04-2011 02:17 PM

Harvin is elite, lol that was not offensive pass interfernece, within the 5 yards lol he bullrushed the corner, too strong, holdd maaa dhicck

eltwentyone 12-04-2011 02:21 PM

Tebow is elite foook thisss

Crazy_Chris 12-04-2011 02:23 PM

Lol vikes secondary gonna end up making Tebows stats look all-pro caliber.

eltwentyone 12-04-2011 02:50 PM

Benny Sapp is ******* garbage, 2 point convo lol, Mistral Raymond is garbage too, fook everyone with dreads on this team haha

vikes_28 12-04-2011 03:14 PM

BuckNaked 12-04-2011 03:14 PM

Yeahhhhhhhhhh what'd you expect.

Crazy_Chris 12-04-2011 03:18 PM

It was divine intervention, a mere mortal such as Christian Ponder can't be allowed to defeat Tebowzzzzzzzzzzz

marshallb 12-04-2011 03:19 PM

Well, the good news is that we didn't **** up our draft position.

MI_Buckeye 12-04-2011 03:26 PM

So who all was missing in the Vikings' secondary? They looked like an Arena League secondary Today. Pure awful.

MI_Buckeye 12-04-2011 03:28 PM

And what happened to the run defense in the second half? I swear to God McGahee could have walked for 75 yards.

eltwentyone 12-04-2011 03:30 PM

Well, our secondary was pretty god damn bad when at full strength, but Winfield, Cook, Asher Allen, Husain Abdullah, and Tyrell Johnson were all out, so 5 out of our top 7 DB.

I have no clue what happened in the second half with our run D though, we shut them down in the first half, but in the second half McGahee had big holes to run through almost every time.

eltwentyone 12-04-2011 03:40 PM

LB whiffed, corners whiffed, safetys whiffed

That is astonishing, and it really showed. I know you guys were 29th against the pass, so just imagine how bad the backups to those guys must be.

Tim Tebow is the luckiest player in the NFL. Next week he plays the Bears w/o Cutler or (probably) Forte. God help me.

Ozzy 12-04-2011 05:31 PM

Ok were are corners actually thinking they have safety help the numerous times they got beat and stopped short playing in a zone type coverage? Or did they indeed not believe Tebow could throw the ball that far? Or then again they were clearly worried about him running and not so worried about the pass, and can you blame them for that. Still terrible coverage across the board.

djp 12-04-2011 06:11 PM

May have to move corner above left tackle for needs. Be nice to take the 2 studs from LSU in the next 2 drafts to shore up that unit for the next 10 years.
