Lol. The point is that he's not getting arrested or charged. I also have to admit that when I heard this the first thing I thought was how many times this off-season I heard the "Dez Bryant without the off the field issues" or "Dez Bryant with his head on straight" comments. It was all over the place. I could care less what type of negative press a guy brings as long as he can stay out of jail or away from suspension.



I honestly didn't hear too much about his first DUI, but the aggravated DUI here doesn't look good considering this is right around OTA time. Not a good sign at all.

Amazing how Floyd who was villified and treated as someone you can't draft has been the one who's stayed away from this(So far).

Welp....this goes to show that even character isn't truly understood before the draft.

Suh was a model citizen before the draft too, now he's looking like Thugasaurus Rex. You just don't know how any of these guys will react to money and fame once they get it.

Gene Smith will never draft a player with prior arrest again.
