NFL Rewind "All 22"
 

There is some very good news for us NFL junkies. The NFL is releasing the All 22 film online so anyone can watch. It'll cost you $60 a season for it but I'm definitely going to get in on that.

You mean it won't take a week to do a damn game breakdown? I am speechless! LOL. Now does this coach's film include both the tight and wide shot?

I have some questions..

Each team records their own tape, and depending on the stadium you will get different views. For example, the coach's tape filmed at the Bears stadium is piss poor. It's like a High School recording. Our stadium and redskins stadium, or old stadium I should say, had an excellent view for the wide shot.

Also, does the tight shot, and wide shot, have the proper way of recording film where it flashes to the scoreboard, then tight, wide, and scoreboard, tight, wide and score board for the 3rd play?

I have questions when they say coach's film on what the hell they are actually releasing and what format.

We'll certainly find out. If I get bored I might just buy it soon and I'll let you know. I'm really excited to see what players in the secondary are actually getting burned.

Does anyone know if this'll be incorporated in the regular off season game pass package? That'd be awesome, but I'm not about to pay another $60 for this since I'm already paying $260 + 2x$75 for playoffs and off season Game Pass...

It will be interesting to see what's going on. Again, it will be based on what this "coach's film" entails and what they actually sell to us. That's why I am skeptical about this.

I'm so excited that I only skimmed this thread. I would eat my shirt to get the "All 22" coaches film. This is the holy grail of football!

Haha, the NFL floated this idea and did a poll during the season, asking if people wanted it and how much they would be willing to pay to get it. Then the damn jerks at the NFL Offices were like "haha, jk...lol...that film is proprietary!"

Everybody figured that it was because they didn't want fans nit-picking gameday decisions and seeing how similar every teams schemes were (not to mention how stupid a few coaches are).

Apparently the NFL caved (presumably because polling showed there was money to be made)?

If you're really interested in this, I'd suggest going for the full. If the SB was any indication of the "select plays" in All 22, I wouldn't have purchased.

I wonder how pissed Greg Cosell is about this. He can't use his holier-than-thou "But I actually watch all-22 film" as a reason for us to believe his agenda anymore.

Hopefully, coaches will get some half decent cameras with the extra money!

Oh, and the condensed games are a godsend if you missed the game and still want to watch it. 30 minutes instead of 4 hours.

Except for he doesn't actually do that. :/ He just emphasizes 'based off what I've seen on film' because he consciously makes a point of not factoring in things outside of the actual games.

I'm definitely buying the full Rewind package instead of Sunday Ticket To-Go this season, especially since I have a bad feeling that this is only going to be a one year experiment.

I'm really excited to see how rarely shutdown corners actually play "on an island."
