Have you heard anything about Montez Robinson. I've heard he's a very intriguing DE/OLB prospect, but also has the most severe character issues. Did he have a pro day or anything. Obviously he wont get drafted, but is he worth a shot elsewhere?

Feel like the jail time will stop that. I never really followed up on him.

Never heard that he did jail time...Probably wont get a look now in anything outside of tryouts. Still seems like he has a little bit of upside.

I saw some Ed Wesley tape and was very intrigued. Even with the Ravens just dropping a 3rd on Bernard Pierce, I wouldn't begrudge them spending a 6th or 7th on Wesley.

Alright, final prediction:

Gordon to the Cowboys in the 4th

Lumpkin UDFA to Rams

Wesley UDFA to Texans

gpngc 07-12-2012 01:09 AM

Gordon to the Browns in the 2nd.

K Train 07-12-2012 08:18 AM

im saying washington uses a 3rd on gordon.

I'll go with this as well.

I think this is also the most likely option. If he goes in the 2nd...Damn.

K Train 07-12-2012 10:08 AM

and then if washington doesnt, i think he wont go til the 5th...most teams are just very conservative with future draft picks. Skins took jarmon in the 3rd a few years back, i think with their man RG3 vying for gordon theres a good chance they go ahead and take him.

FUNBUNCHER 07-12-2012 11:07 AM

The Skins aren't taking a developmental WR prospect with a 3rd when he has barely any chance of making the final 53. They just signed Pierre Garcon and Josh Morgan, and if Leonard Hankerson comes back healthy there won't be a spot for a rookie to make the team.

3rd rounder in the supplemental for a PS guy??? Doubtful.

That's my thought too. RGIII may want him, but Redskins not bidding more than a late rounder

K Train 07-12-2012 11:21 AM

Moss, Garcon, Morgan, Gordon, Hankerson, Armstrong is a nice group...esepcially since moss is 33, morgan is not really that good, and armstrong is a midget

FUNBUNCHER 07-12-2012 11:51 AM

Brandon Banks is the tiny tot at 5'5, Anthony Armstrong is 5'11/185#.
The Skins have an average WR corps with a few guys capable of putting up decent numbers in Garcon and Santana Moss.
The key is whether or not Leonard Hankerson develops this season.
Regardless, a guy who hasn't played meaningful football since 2010 isn't going to crack that WR rotation this season.

8 minutes until Round 1

gpngc 07-12-2012 12:08 PM

First round is over according to Schefter. No picks.

OSUGiants17 07-12-2012 12:09 PM

Don't think anything has been announced yet:
Gordon- Cleveland in the 3rd
Wesley- Houston in the 7th
Lumpkin- 7th, not sure what team

19 teams were interested in Lumpkin and attending his pro day, I can't see no team picking him up. Here are the 19 teams

gpngc 07-12-2012 12:15 PM

Supp draft order - BUFFALO, CLEVE, TB, MIA, STL, MIN, WSH, JAX, IND, CAR are top 10 in each round

gpngc 07-12-2012 12:25 PM

Nailed it here. Nailed it on twitter.

SUPPLEMENTAL MOCK DRAFT CHAMPION!

BeerBaron 07-12-2012 12:29 PM

Browns were not screwing around, damn.

SuperMcGee 07-12-2012 12:37 PM

Oh snap, 2nd round. Was hoping we might be able to pull something with our pick spot, but Cleveland was, indeed, not screwing around.

DiG 07-12-2012 12:37 PM

Looks like Bills were putting in a 3rd but Browns only team to put in a 2nd.

Congrats..good call.

FUNBUNCHER 07-12-2012 02:30 PM

For the Brown's sake, I hope the kid is another Rob Moore, the only WR worth a damn taken in the supplemental draft by the Jets in 1990.
