Weeden will be the worst QB in the NFL in 2012
 

Hands down Brandon Weeden will be the worst starting QB in the league this year! Wasted a pick on him this year and now they will have a major dilema when Matt Barkley is sitting in the laps in the 2013 draft!

If Weeden's going to be bad according to you, why would it be a dilema if Barkley is available in the draft? It would be an easy decision in that case.

Hard to say how good Weeden will be when game one of the regular season hasn't even started yet. We'll see, but what I do know is he not only has a strong arm, but is accurate too even on those out patterns. Alot of strong armed QB's have trouble with accuracy on those passes, and weaker armed QB's get intercepted or passes knocked down.

Still better than Colt McCoy.

I've never seen a QB play that bad before. McCoy looked a LOT better than him in the preseason and even last year when he couldn't score TDs. Weeden was absolutely horrible today. If McCoy played then we would've won that game, which isn't saying that much about McCoy. 12 of 35 is putrid. Some of those passes (TWO wide open receivers in the endzone that would've been easy touchdowns for even a real NFL BACKUP QB!) were Joe Bauserman-esque. No pressure, wide open receiver, just throws it so badly out of bounds that it looks like it was a throw-away. Oh yeah, 4 interceptions to boot.

This is a dilema because you just spent a first round pick on a QB.

Just think, we could have had Sanchez throwing to Jones or better yet, RG111 throwing to Jones. Now we are still back at square 1 looking for a starting QB.
