Stephen Morris, QB, Miami (FL)
This guy has thrown for more than 1,000 yards in the past two games. Game winning drives in both. Pro-style QB who learned under two NFL quarterback coaches and is still early in his development. One of the best arms in the country and solid athleticism.

This is a guy who could emerge as a first rounder in 2014. Tony Pauline of SI has already taken note:

Stephen Morris*/QB/Miami-FL: Morris turned in a career performance during the Hurricanes' last-second victory over North Carolina State. His record-setting numbers included 566 passing yards and 5 TDs. While many will focus only on the numbers, Morris looked good in all aspects of the game. The junior showed great patience, awareness and made terrific decisions in the pocket. He connected on five passes of 40 yards or more, including the game-winner of 62 yards. Morris is slowly developing into the complete package, melding his incredible physical skills into consistent, smart play at quarterback.

Check out his highlights against NC State:

I can't wait for his highlight reel for the ND game.

It will be filled with drops. Morris played fine and had about 8-10 on-point passes dropped.

He throws a beautiful long ball. But he has been consistent for three years now, he has the worst short distance accuracy/velocity in college football. Too hard of throws, won't set his feet, grounders to shortstop. etc. I thought it would be fixed a long time ago, but he keeps making the same mistakes since his first game. Not sure he will ever get over them if he still hasn't yet.

Finished the year with 3,345, 21 TDs and 7 INTs. Poised for a big senior season with 10 returning starters on offense.

Morris made great strides this season. He exceeded my expectations this season. As Dan said, most of the offense will be back next season so I'm expecting even bigger things out of Morris next season. He's gonna be an intriguing draft prospect next season.

U fan here. He has a lot of work to do but can emerge as a second or third rounder. As one poster mentioned, he needs work on his short to intermediate routes. He does throw a pretty deep ball, though. He is mobile, but does not take advantage of his mobility nearly enough, probably due to his lack of size. However, he does plan on adding ten to fifteen pounds in the offseason.
