Any ideas on who Accorsi may have in mind? I assume his influence will steer Carolina towards a new head coach as well.

I feel like we're not doing enough to perpetuate the Marc Ross is *** rumor. With that and his blackness it'd be at least another 5 years before any NFL owner hires him away from us.

It's definitely Ross. Someone for Cam to look up to also. Last time Accorsi was a consultant the Falcons hired Demitroff.

Well his blackness is the only reason why he isn't already a GM. The being black so he can't be a GM expiry is 3 years. His 3 years is up. Now he's a free agent.

That's what I'm saying, if we convinced all of the owners that he was rudy cool we'd have him for at least another 4 years.

Glad we're seeking outside help - it's the only way this franchise is going to get turned around.

I think they should fire Rivera and hire Broncos OC and former Panthers offensive assistant Mike McCoy.

I think they should hire Chip Kelly.

But I think pretty much everyone should do that, so...
