I'm not a huge fan of Tavon Austin for New England in the first round. In terms of value and fit it makes sense, but I think the Patriots have to re-sign at least one of, if not both of, their two major free agents at receiver, Wes Welker and Julian Edelman. The pick makes sense if you think both of those players will be elsewhere next season, but it seems likely that at least one will be back in 2013. The "Ace" personnel, favored by New England, includes Stevan Ridley, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernadez, Brandon Lloyd, and Wes Welker currently. It may be a better idea to draft more of an outside receiver such as Terrance Williams or Robert Woods (based on who's available in this mock.)
I like the value of Warford in the second round, but New England may not need a guard so badly; opposite Logan Mankins, Donald Thomas has played very well this season, and Dan Connolly is another option there. I'd look at defensive tackle or maybe cornerback at that point. |
That is one of the best mocks I have seen so far for the Bills, personally I love it, and more importantly, based on Nix's history and current open commentary about the Bills and the upcoming draft, it makes perfect sense!! Just one option incase Ogletree is not there in the future would be Green, but as it is that would be a a perfect 10 draft IMO, QB and LB are very likely the top two needs (I would accept WR in the mix as well) for Buffalo heading into the off-season.

That is a very good Chiefs mock, yay you!
Interesting Ravens picks but I like them.
Chiefs draft:
Geno Smith, QB West Virginia number one need - check Jordan Poyer CB Oregon State number two need - check Looks good to me! |
I'd much rather have Eric Reid or Ezekiel Ansah for the Colts.
While I have my eyes set on Eifert, if the Bears get Lewan in the first round, I will not be upset one bit.
I really wish Oakland had a 2nd round pick. :(
Excellent Browns pick.

I'm a big fan of that Dolphins draft.

 Yeah, I can't justify that anymore. Ugh. |
Bengals draft works.
You have Damontre Moore up there at 3 and 6.
No it is not the best. Sheldon Richardson going 5th is questionable and Moore being good enough to go twice in the first round is unrealisitc.
Stellar mock for sf!!
Aside from the fact that I think the jets would take Sam Montgomery over dion Jordan at 15, solid mock for the jets. Definitely looking like OLB first RB 2nd is in order

great Jets picks

I like it.....I like it..A L O T....
I can live with those Rams selections.
those players are great fits for the patriots, and to be honest, I would not mind that draft.... however WR is a deep crop this year and I would rather invest a pick in the second round. We need to still focus on defense and thats where I hope we look at all of our early picks
as a Cowboys fan I love Cooper of course but I can really do without Jesse Williams. Ratliff and Lissemore will probably platoon at NT especially after the top teir NT's are off of the board. With the prospects left on your board my preference would be Barr, McDonald, Hunt, Sylvester Williams, Larry Warford all before Jesse.( and yes I would draft two guards in the first two rounds, thats how bad the interior has been)
Sheldon Richardson over Hankins is interesting. We need a defensive tackle more like Hankins than Richardson to clear space for Kuechly, but I do like Richardson as a player, if not that high. Fluker is a solid pick who would immediately improve the right side regardless of whether he was a tackle or guard.
