Could Stafford be Injured?
A buddy of mine pointed out during the game today that maybe stafford is throwing these side arms because he has a shoulder injury and can't throw at a normal angle.

It makes sense, it almost seems like all of his throws are now at some degree of slant. He has taken some big hits all year and definitely has the toughness to play through an injury like that.

Just a random observation, curious what people think.

Actually, there's some rumors that he has a leg injury. If true, it MAY be affecting his ability to push off or plant, depending on the leg.

Have you noticed how he gets up limping, after what seems like every time he's hit or knocked down? I feel like I've watched him do it once every game.

It could even be the hip injury from back in September lingering. I think the thing to watch for is if he has some minor surgery done right after the season. We'll see.

Personally I think most of his sidearms and awkward motion stuff has been attempting to get rid of the ball quickly when he's going to be under pressure (alot more than most realize). Also it seems like he does it when he seems an opening and his feet aren't set - for this there may be a better solution, but who knows.

I've noticed that too but the throwing off the back foot is more of a problem than side arm. Work on mechanics still needed some but he's still a good QB.

I wonder if LeShoure is hurt. I've seen his name on injury reports a couple times for leg stuff (knee and hamstring). After Green Bay home game, his YPC took a nose dive. Or the run blocking just imploded. Probably both.
