Agreed. Another reason to add on why I dont want the colts to draft him. Nice to see a coach call out one of his stars like that.

I think this list has been around for awhile. Motivational tool.

Word is the pic is from before the season. And it's from the strength and conditioning coach, not Miles. Most of those players aren't even draft eligible so take it with a grain of salt.

There should be a bit of explanation to this. First, this is the strength coach's list, not Miles. Second, its not new. Third, it gets changed all the time.

Basically this is a motivational list. If a player screws up or fails at something, sometimes just not reaching a weight-room goal, they'll find themselves on this list. Although obviously the player did something wrong, it doesn't necessarily indicate that they are lazy, unfocused, troublemakers or anything of the like.

I'll take Montgomery, list or not list.

That's stupid, depending on the context at least. Montgomery can play for 120+ other FBS schools where he won't be publicly embarrassed.

That is silly. For all we know the coaches might just use it as a tool to light a fire under some guys, get them motivated for a big game coming up, or a hard week of practice. Taking it at purely face value is stupid.

It directly says "miss workouts and always have an excuse"

I doubt the S&C coach would be like "welp, you weren't able to bench 4 plates this week, your name is now being added to the list of players who miss workouts and make excuses. good day to you sir."

not good for a NFL team to see...i would be want lazy player with talent....i'll take the guy who has the work ethic AND the talent.....too many to choose from so why settle on lazy?

Les Miles needs to look in the mirror, his play calling against Alabama cost his team any chance at upsetting them. He practically gave the game to Alabama.

I love these tactics though, absolutely. Obviously it doesn't represent 100% what the list says, but I would love this from my S&C coach.
