LIST EM. TOP 5 COACHES in the NFL
 
who are the top 5 nfl coaches in your opinion. this is obviously entirely subjective. list em in no particular order unless you can vehemently argue that one should be ranked over another.

here is mine:

Jim Harbaugh - SF
Mike McCarthy - GB
Sean Payton - NO
Bill Belichick - NE
John Harbaugh - BAL

Despite his struggles, I still think Andy Reid should be on this list.

I'd probably swap him with John Harbaugh.

I'd also have Tom Coughlin over Sean Payton, who I think just got overpaid.

weighted lunges (dumbbells in each arm) and leg presses (FULL RANGE OF MOTION, knees to chest) till you feel like puking, throw in a squat sesh once a week (my ass gets too big if i do anymore)

if you use your protein in your food like in your oats for instance, you might wanna go for a more versatile flavor like vanilla or chocolate

Does dis mean I can't eat some greasy chicken? Because I absolutely love chicken... could eat that **** everyday and I ain't even black.

Then again most people say if it don't poop I'm prolly not eating it. I love meats but not that many veggies and fruits. I don't like salad so what I suppose to do. I'm 5' 11" and 165 so I ain't fat. 10% bodyfat but I think my drinking is catching me in my gut. What I do.

you can thank/blame genetics for your diamond shaped/chicken sh!t calves, but a step in the right direction would high rep weighted calf raises for days

my thighs are big, calf are still small and suckling. not chicken shiit but not fully grown, I guess i just have to give my calf time.
