Andy Reid hired as Chiefs HC
They knew the dangers of taking Mr. Reid out to dinner and yet they did it anyway! All joking aside, that seems like a ridiculous amount of time to meet with someone if they weren't about to hire him.

I thought Reid was going to Arizona? Hmm.
|
All in one day??? Damn.
I think I'd lose my mind if I had a 9 hour job interview. Crazy. |
Interviews with Arizona tomorrow

Prolly gonna take as many interviews as possible to leverage as much money possible from whoever signs him.
|
When Reid goes out for dinner it always takes 9 hours.

I prefer Horton but the fact that he isn't hired after 9 hours probably means that it was his choosing not theirs

I wonder how much of that time was spent talking about the QB position/what his trusted scouts think about the No. 1 pick, specifically...
|
man, i wish the interview was here in KC! if Reid got a taste of the real BBQ here, he'd never want to leave.
|
I'm not going to get my hopes up but it would be nice.

If not, they better not hire Reid. |
If it was nine hours, it means that they were trying to convince him it's a fit; it wasn't the other way around.

But, man...I look at that roster and see a mess, no matter how many pro bowlers they have. |
Well KC is a great spot. They have number one pick and can get a mobile QB for Reid but does he want a mobile QB? Smith is a duel threat but more of a pocket guy it seems from the bowl game.

There's a ton of talent on the roster and a ton of cap space to go after guys. |
