Eagles not taking Milliner 4th. I like him, but we'd trade down to #10 and pick up an extra 2nd...
|
curious what the reasoning is behind ogletree, it doesnt look like good value and ogletree plays one of the two positions where the saints dont need a starter
|
A good solid sf pick. We will need a replacement for Walker.
|
Ansah, Rhodes, and Montgomery are better picks than Okafor. I'm not sold that he will be effective standing up. You got the idea right though.
|
Cordarrelle for Miami. Kthxbye'
|
Give the Bears Ansah even though he won't fall that far.

Two OTs in the first round seems almost impossible to imagine when about 6-8 teams need them. |
The Chiefs aren't taking Joeckel. The only option for them is a QB

Geno Smith just screams ordinary to me, I'd probably put him right in there with Blaine Gabbert, who I didn't 't like. some sort of a trade where the Chiefs could still get a QB would probably be best for them. |

This week was the first week I contemplated what it would look like for the Raiders to draft Fisher after how dominating he was all week.
I just don't know that it will happen at 3. Veldheer is well entrenched at LT and you just don't take a RT top 3 when you have so many other needs. You can get a serviceable RT in the much later rounds. And the Raiders have Tony Bergstrom, their 3rd rounder, who looks to get the first shot at RT next year. He does have short arms so OG is probably his best fit if the Raiders can get a better RT. But all that combines to a pretty bad value for the pick. |

If he's not going to be signed... Ertz is perfect. |
I would actually be okay with Fisher at #3. Granted, I'd much prefer a trade down. But the idea of giving Sparano a stud set of bookends sure would be intriguing.

Chiefs MUST find a QB and right now Geno looks to me like the best alternative. At least, he seems to be teachable and ready to learn. |
Decent pick for GB, but is Floyd 1st round worthy?

I do think Geno will be the pick. I think the other QBs put themselves out of the discussion this past week. There's really nothing wrong with Geno. People are talking about Joeckel because they're ******** over the "best player available" crap and Geno's been out of the public eye for about a month now. |

With top OLBs off the board, I like the pick of Ogletree for the Saints.

I'd rather have Te'o personally, but a ILB is a good choice. Can he play 3-4 though? Te'o has done it at ND, and Georgia runs a 4-3. |

Ogletree is a beast. He's going to be a monster in the NFL and will be able to play any LB position in any defense. He's one of those guys that's just in on every play no matter where it is. He started off as a S and grew out of the position. He scans the field in front of him well because of it. His ceiling is Urlacher.

Terrible Giants pick, no way we pass on Ansah
