Well done! Love the 49er picks!

I'd rather have Dobson than Harper in the 4th but other than that I'd be very happy.

mightytitan9 02-18-2013 01:31 AM

As a Titans fan, this draft would absolutely make me sick, and not in a good way

Brothgar 02-18-2013 01:39 AM

The Lions are going to go DE in the first and second rounds?

Bengals78 02-18-2013 01:43 AM

alright Bengals draft.
Love the Brown pick.
Nailed the needs just not a fan of all the players.

T-RICH49 02-18-2013 02:20 AM

just read more carefully GREAT KC draft

Menardo75 02-18-2013 03:42 AM

This Niner mock is amazing.

Razor 02-18-2013 05:30 AM

I'm not at all happy about that Patriots draft. Let's take it from the top:

Tavon Austin is a great player, no doubt about that. I wouldn't be opposed to taking him in some situations depending on how the board turns out. However, I'd be stunned if BB takes him over Damontre Moore. He'd be the perfect fit at RDE.

In the second round Justin Pugh, Logan Ryan, Jordan Poyer, Da'Rick Rodgers and Robert Woods would all be better selections. BB rarely if ever takes SC players since there's a feeling in NE that they are soft. On top of that he was awful this year, and freelances way to much to play in BBs scheme.

OLB isn't a huge need imo, and I'd be surprised if BB uses anything other than a late round pick on that position. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a flyer on Lattimore though. Tavarres King is also an option since we need explosiveness at WR.

I don't get the Tavon Austin pick to the Pats everyone mocks. They have the best, little slot wr that ever played football. If they let him go, it's a sign they are looking to retool their offense and go with a bigger wr because of recent playoff(team...not Wes) struggles. You don't try to draft a cheaper but not as good version of what you have if you want to change things up a little.

vidae 02-18-2013 09:22 AM

Really interesting KC draft, but I can't be upset. One thing I'll note is that in the 4th round Markus Wheaton would be a much better pick for the Chiefs. Other than that, great job.

killxswitch 02-18-2013 11:33 AM

Without delving into every other non-Colts pick to see who else was available, I'd say that's a solid Colts draft overall. In the first I would take Damontre Moore (seriously?), DJ Fluker, or Kawann Short over Floyd. But I really like Woods in the 3rd and BDubs in the 4th.

ArkyRamsFan 02-18-2013 11:50 AM

scar,

Nice mock from the Rams perspective. Filled a bunch of holes and with some quality to boot. I would have gone for Chris Faulk in the 3rd round instead of Montee Ball. The Rams already have 3 rookie RBs and they will probably pick up a veteran after Jax leaves.

BTW Eric Reid in the 4th round?? Seriously???

leroyisgod 02-18-2013 11:59 AM

I just puked in my mouth over this Cowboys mock. Barrett Jones in the 1st?

thebow305 02-18-2013 12:14 PM

AWESOME Miami draft!!

Taber21 02-18-2013 12:20 PM

Not sure why the Vikings would take 3 linebackers in the first 4 rounds. CB, S, OG, or another WR would all be in play in round 3/4 in your scenario.

coordinator0 02-18-2013 12:48 PM

Swearinger in the first round for Baltimore is awful. What makes it worse is that Minter is still on the board. Pugh isn't terrible in the second round but I'm not a fan of him as a prospect and his short arms worry me for the LT position. Klein and Dobson are good picks. The lack of a pass-rusher in the first few rounds is pretty bad though.

prock 02-18-2013 12:48 PM

Don't think the Vikings need three linebackers.

OSUGiants17 02-18-2013 01:07 PM

Other than the 1st pick, terrible Giants draft

Seasonticketholder 02-18-2013 01:10 PM

I am iffy on the Saints draft. I do not know how I feel about Star. I guess I should be excited yet I am not enamored with the pick. I might take Jarvis Jones or Sharrif Floyd in that spot. In the third, I would be upset to just miss out on Brandon Williams. But Da'Rick Rogers and Markus Wheaton both look good. And in the fourth, Eric Reid makes a ton of sense.

kBuc5 02-18-2013 01:17 PM

Nice Buc's mock except for the third round pick, we just invested a first round pick in a SS last year.

Cigaro 02-18-2013 01:22 PM

Why would we take a defensive tackle who's quality comes solely from his pass rushing ability, instead of the top ranked defensive tackle who happens to be able to play nose tackle? And even with DeAngelo Williams likely on his way out, the fourth is still too high for a running back. Stewart will be fine, we can pick someone cheap in FA or the later rounds to be his compliment.

wicket 02-18-2013 01:34 PM

love the saints draft, star in the first would be beyond awesome and with pretty good need-value combinations in the third and the fourth you nailed it

BallerT1215 02-18-2013 03:20 PM

Still not on the Nassib train but this draft overall would kick ass for the bills...Millner opposite of Gilmore, adding Tank to the line we have, and I dig King in the 4th to play opposite of Stevie.

Nastradamus 02-18-2013 03:22 PM

I like 1 and 3 for the Lions. Would prefer someone like Elam or Watson in round 2.

wwgd 02-18-2013 03:32 PM

- If Star is on the board at 14 we will pick him without a doubt
- Like Trufant in the 2nd
- Really? A RB in the 4th? Even with DeAngelo most likely on his way out Armond Smith/Tauren Poole could be a serviceable backup plus we still have Tolbert
