How do they give you guys only 1 primetime game (excluding T-giving). One of the most exciting offenses in the NFL with the best WR in the NFL. Idiots.

I swear it seems every year we play Dallas or the Redskins. And if we don't start against them, we end against them.

BallerT1215 04-18-2013 07:48 PM

Andy Reid returns to Philly on TNF in 3rd week.

Nice.

Ness 04-18-2013 08:03 PM

Opening against the Packers again. Okay...

vidae 04-18-2013 08:03 PM

The Chargers and Dolphins get 3 primetime games (TNF and 2 more) and the Chiefs get 1 (TNF).

Are they really that much more enjoyable to watch? Not to mention that a primetime game at Arrowhead is good TV. It gets crazy there.

Nice.

- Not a big Reid fan, but damn I want to see him win that game so bad.

- Ravens to open the season in Denver... Well, that should be fun...

- The homer in me is outraged that the Packers vs Ravens game in week 6 isnt primetime. On the other hand, the european in me is thrilled that its an early game. Im conflicted.

I don't mind the Patriots in Week 1, at all.

And you can't be surprised about the primetime games. Same to you, vidae.
I don't really care as a ticketholder, to be honest. Thursday night was fun last year, but I love Sunday afternoon games.

Buffalo got a favorable schedule on the whole - only one December home game will be good for them, and that one is the Dolphins, who I will always love seeing us play in the cold.

I planned on taking my buddy to a Seahawks game this year. Feeling like I have to make Sunday night against the 49ers happen.

Mufasa 04-18-2013 10:08 PM

Is there a system or any kind of logic used to determine who gets a bye when?

I'm not surprised but I wouldn't mind a SNF or MNF for the one game instead of TNF. Buffalo shows up on MNF at least.

Ness 04-19-2013 02:34 AM

At least the Raiders and Chargers aren't finishing off the first week of the season. The Chargers are still involved, but they are hosting the Texans for the second MNF game. I think that might be a good matchup.

VAfy-ya 04-19-2013 03:19 AM

Four out of our first five opponents were playoff teams last year. Tough stretch out of the gate. Some tough stretches later on in the year, @Saints and @Redskins in back to back weeks. I'd be estatic with 12-4 or 11-5. More than likely, 10-6.

You will watch the Dolphins and you will LIKE IT! And when Tannehill dominates, you can go cry in a corner with Alex Smith
