I love the trade down for the 2 extra picks, and taking Nassib there is worth it.

Good job RN, any trade down to get a second for me is worth it. I'd take Floyd if we got a trade out of it.

I agree and they could easily find prospects to fill the voids at WR, pass rusher or oline with their upcoming picks.

I still like other prospects more than Floyd, but I agree I wouldn't be disappointed since we get a 2nd in that trade

That is a pretty steep price for Detroit to pay considering if they stay put they would likely have their choice of Lane Johnson or Dee Millner and keep their 2nd round pick.

Also Trufant is a solid pick for the Pats.

Was going to say the exact same two things. Love Trufant for the Patriots.

A hell no to that mother ****** trade! SF is not going to trade up that far for a wide out. Which isn't our biggest need!!!!

DId Tyler Eifert tear something heading into Radio City Music Hall?

I'd absolutely dig Eifert at 13....I'm iffy with the Geno Smith pick.

Pugh would be ideal

If Cleveland made that trade, I'd go on the warpath.

Lil Quip 04-24-2013 10:30 PM

Gotta go a little meta with the Oakland trade since I just talked Lions with my Dad.

In that situation, I like the Riaders and Lions as trade partners, but it is a little too sweet in the Raiders direction. By the trade interest of the Raiders, the Lions would assume that at worst they get Johnson. Worth a second rounder plus? Doubt it.

As for the Pats, definitely don't mind Trufant, as I tend to overrate bloodlines. Great position for us, as you could swap Hayden and it still looks nice.

WVU homer here. I don't see it happening, but imagining Austin running wild with Kaepernick in our offense does bring a smile to my face.

Addresses a need for Miami, I'll take it.

Brown Leader 04-24-2013 11:03 PM

I don't see Milliner at 6 anymore with word of his med history and Hayden's stock rising. Moving up that far and giving up that much for Manuel is no bueno.

Bills2083 04-24-2013 11:12 PM

Am I wrong for thinking that it will take more than #33 for San Francisco to move up 23 spots to #8? I mean, Detroit is giving up #36 and a mid round pick to move up 2 spots. Yeah, it's from #5 to #3, but still. Seems a bit off, IMO.

Really to number 8 for a wide out ? No I don't think so. Maybe low 20's for a top wide out but not top ten just IMO.

proshoota25 04-25-2013 01:20 AM

love the patriots pick... nice job

thebow305 04-25-2013 02:21 PM

Rhodes is a good player, but poor scheme fit for Miami. If we go corner, Hayden would make more sense there.
