CJ Mosley would be awesome for our defense, but It depends on how good Alonso does this year because they are saying he is starting right away.

shylo3716 05-20-2013 09:40 PM

No Black Mamba???

CJSchneider 05-20-2013 09:58 PM

Hubbard or Attaochu would be better for NO.

vidae 05-21-2013 01:25 AM

I'd take it for KC I guess.

jrdrylie 05-21-2013 09:36 AM

San Diego at 2 is very bold. I like the Bears and Jaguars picks.

Mosley makes sense for Buffalo at OLB especially if he shows he can rush the passer this year, or at least makes progress in that department, as a ILB, I dont see it with Bradham and Alonso, so if that is the case I would think Van Noy would be a better fit as a OLB.

I understand what a phenominal talent Clowney is, I really do, but if Oakland is picking 1st, I dont see how they pass on a elite level talent at QB like Bridgewater. Even if Wilson or Flynn shows something, it would not be enough to warrant passing on a QB if they end up picking 1st IMO.

Bridgewater at 2... What happens with Rivers to make that happen?

I first went with Van Noy but I think Mosley could be the 2nd best defensive guy coming out so had to put him higher.

With Oak it all depends. I think Wilson is going to emerge as a starter and Bridgwater has an alarming tendency for taking sacks which could keep him from real elite status-like Luck level. He's more like a Sam Bradford talent imo.

Rivers has been an iron man for a long time now. 7 seasons without missing a start. It's wearing on him. He's due to miss time and even if not, he's still in decline.

Like Roby but would prefer Tuitt or Jenkins

FootballGod 05-23-2013 09:17 AM

Yes because they have great tackles.

Marcus gilbert is ok, and Mike adams needs some work on his punch and sustaining his blocks but his feet are great and his lateral movement will make him into a good tackle. He was dominant in the run game last season, but i think they are happy with those two especially in moving towards a zone scheme...both are very athletic and can move well, they beefed up the interior with pouncey and decastro and ramon foster is coming in much lighter now that he got his 3 year contract, he didnt want to be a slob and only be a phone booth guard. With improved interior play and the new scheme i expect both tackles to be much better. Gilbert was hurt last season and just when adams started to really get it together he twisted his ankle

Can you explain why Oakland would pass on a potential franchise QB to take a DE instead?

It would suck seeing my saints pass on tuitt. Also the OTs and Hubbard would be a better pick than a corner

thebow305 06-03-2013 02:50 PM

Cyrus is a great pick for Miami, but LOLZ at us picking #8 overall.

So the Cowboys passed on Derrick Thomas to take Troy Aikman and the rest is history. I'd have to be confident that the QB in question would have to be in that class because I know the DE is.

jared3 06-09-2013 07:37 PM

So you think all 32 players are better than RB De'Anthony Thomas? I don't think so.

49erNation85 06-09-2013 11:43 PM

Tajh Boyd really you place top 5 why ?
