Where would LeBron James go in this years draft?
1st and 10 is asking this. MJD says #1 overall. Skip says 6th roundish.
I would say.....3rd to 4th. I mean, he is just an athlete right now. No real football skills.

The Titans would take him with their first rounder if he lasted that long.

I think he'd have to project as a TE, but this topic is silly.

Yeah, I was just wondering what everyone here thought. I agreed a lot more with Skip than MJD. He'd be like Vernon Davis, just without any playing experience.

Lebron chose the right sport, in football he's either a TE, probably a very good one, until a safety/LB kneecapped him and ended his career, or a DE.
6'8 is really tall for a football player who's not a lineman.

Hell, I'd take him #1. Can you imagine the money you'd make selling his jerseys, filling seats, getting your team on Sportscenter, etc? And he played football in high school I think, he'd be at least decent probably as a TE or something.
I think it'd be worth it from a business standpoint. Who watched that commercial of him joining the Browns and didn't feel excited seeing him in a football uniform?

He would be the best TE in the NFL if he played in college right out of HS.
6'8" 265 with that vert?

I think he'd be in a Connor Barwin type of situation. Late 1st-early 2nd.

Matt Jones was the 21th overall pick, right?
LeBron would probably go mid-late 1st. I'd take him over DHB or Britt, that's for sure.

Everyone looks at him and says TE......What about DE?
His size is really close to someone like Mario Williams........teach him some pass rush moves and see what he can do.
I'd love him as a red zone WR and field goal/punt blocker too. Bat everything down, lol

No, but he's four inches taller, thirty pounds heavier, and is one of the fastest players in the NBA.
He could play WR, S, DE, 3-4 OLB, etc...anything.

LeBron is a freak athlete. There's no way he gets out of the top 3. He has a frame for literally any position on the field. Imagine if he maxed his frame out.

I disagree with MJD *shudders at his impending judgement.* I would draft him around the 3rd round or something.

He'd be the first TE off the board if he went to college to play football. He'd be the best athlete in the NFL bar none. I think he's the best American athlete in the world, personally.
