I agree with all positions, just not the order.
RG - We've been lacking a guard to move the pile on short yardage situations for a long, long time. And upgrade is needed now.
CB - McFadden is anything but elite and Taylor is getting old (and his contract is up). High priority for sure.
DE - Obvious need here. Ziggy is solid and Eason is adequate. But both our starters are ancient and we need an infusion of youth again.
FS - Lack of talent really. Clark lays the big hits, but doesn't have the ball skills to make splash plays at the position. Consistently out of position in coverage. Plus he's getting old too.
LT - More of a 'lets get one because we can start him at RT and later have him to replace Starks'. Who knows if Colon can return from his Achilles injury.
MLB - Luxary pick. We have a lot of bodies, but most are old. Could use a guy to push Larry Foote off the roster & help with special teams.
That would be the way I'd get it. NT would be a luxary, as Hampton is not that old and is playing at a high level. We have a solid backup in Hoke who can play spot duty at DE as well. I'm not overly concerned with the nose position in 2011...unless Phil Taylor drops to the end of the 2nd round.

It's hard to read how the coaches/front office will gauge our needs in order, but here's my guess:
Browns Needs
1-WR
2-DE
3-RT
4-OLB
5-ILB
6-SS
7-CB
8-another DE
9-backup RB

I'd like to revise the Lions needs based on more recent developments:
1. Cornerback
2. Outside Linebacker
3. Right Guard
4. Strong Safety
5. Running Back
6. Defensive End
7. Slot Receiver
8. Offensive Tackle

I like Xio's needs for Detroit, except #4 DE ... if Vanden Bosch, Avril, Jackson & McBride all reamin in 2011, it would be crowded to draft another DE with a developing Willie Young in the waiting.
I would put #4 Safety. Spievey is raw & Delmas is the only other piece at this position worth keeping.

3) Tight End
4) Strong Safety
5) Outside Linebacker
In my opinion....

For the Titans...
1) Quarterback
2) Center
3) Tight End
4) Defensive End
5) Linebacker/Strong Safety
Re-signing some of our FA's could change this, and I'll update this if anything changes.

You forgot the part about Mike Brown selling the franchise but your list is spot on otherwise.

Center - Dan Koppen has a ton of experience and knows all the line calls, but New England has had trouble defending against pressure from up the middle this year, and Koppen isn't strong enough to defend against all the nose tackles in the league nowadays.

Jaguars needs:
1a. FS/SS - We don't have any respectable prospects at this position that could make a big impact in the next few years.
1b. QB - We need "That Guy" and we don't have him right now and I think the Jaguars are begging for "That Guy".
2. OLB - OLB are weak except for Daryl Smith and I think Justin Durant could be replaced if needed too.
3. DE - Pass Rushing DE would be #3 if I didn't know Aaron Kampman was coming back and with Knighton and Alualu doing a pretty good job I don't see this as the #3 need but if the BAP is a DE I think we would take em.
4. Interior O-Line - Depth at the Guard spot and a young center to take over when Meester is done is pretty much all were asking for here.

I agree with those but I would add a #1 CB to replace Mathis.
