Hate noon games. Glad it's not home though, getting to noon games is brutal.

As a Michigan State fan, this Iowa game scares me. They've had our number the last two years, and other than the Wisconsin game, our team hasn't looked particularly strong this season.

love noon games. i'm too impatient. Ohio State @ Purdue should be a pretty good game.
Western Kentucky - big trap game for LSU

I hate this game, scares the **** out of me. 2004, 2009 AHH
We can do it though, we can't come out like we did against IU though. We need to jump on them early, not allow ourselves to be jumped on.
Passing game must continue to show improvements in this part of the season, if if they're in fact minor ones. Herron and Hyde have been our go-to guys, hopefully they run with determination (already are) Saturday.

We need to get a victory against the Dawgs. 0-2 since Sark has gone over there.

SCAR still has a pretty good shot at winning the East. Not that it matters, because they would still get wrecked in teh championship game.

If you look at the team during the past several years, they tend to really start running the crap out of the ball in November and not passing much, which is a big reason why the only November game Ohio State has lost since 2005 was that Illinois upset at home in '07. So far they've been running the ball incredibly, I don't expect it to stop.

College football, the only sport where 9-6 is rematch-worthy and 66-63 is "pathetic".

What are you arguing exactly? That zero defense is better than good defense?

No. Football is about scoring, and these MAC teams are doing that in great style. If you prefer a 5-FG bore, sorry.

i hate watching bad defense....but in the case of bad talent teams like in the MAC I'd rather watch them both score a bunch of points against each other's terrible defense than have a low scoring game with bad defense and bad offense (which is basically any low scoring MAC game). Those are the most brutal football games to watch.

I sure hope so.
USC fans respect the hell out of Stanford and are siding for the Cardinal to come out and cook some Duck this weekend.

Arguing the same thing he has been in every thread on the topic and M.O.T.H your "pretty good shot" all depends on if the barn can get the job done.

I love the weekday MAC action. It's not the top level of competition but it's been exciting and fun. I will watch what ever football is on and the MAC is carving a nice little niche during the week. I'm all for football 7 days a week.

I also like it when I can catch it. They've been smart enough to keep Buffalo out of it and off the TV, though. :( At least they should beat Akron at home, right? That one seems unlikely for 120+ points.

...nice to have some actual football instead of football scandals. Logan Thomas looks pretty shaky so far.

David Wilson will end up going in the first two rounds. Runs hard and has insane burst and quickness. He could end up as the #2 RB if Lamar Miller stays in school.

Yeah, I've been pretty impressed with Wilson at various points this year as well. Not sure he cracks the first round just because of positional value, but he's a very good player.
