I'm not sure it will be with the 8th pick, but I say that Matt Ryan will be a Baltimore Raven by the end of the first round, and he will be a franchise SAVING quarterback :)

The Ravens trade up to #5 and select Matt Ryan. Of course this all depends on what the Rams do at #2. If they take Dorsey, Ryan probably goes at #3 to Atlanta.

Should be an exciting day tomorrow. When it comes to the draft the Ravens usually know what they're doing.

If we trade up to get Matt Ryan, I will go crazy and jump on a 20 story building ><! I'm really hoping that the Falcons take Matt Ryan, so we're not foolish enough to trade up, but then again, I trust Ozzie will do the right thing and stay put.

The only player we should trade up to 5 is for Gholston, any other player wont be worth what we have to give up. And I doubt KC would trade that, they would go Gholston IMO.

I don't think it would be foolish to trade up 3 spots to get the guy if they absolutely want him. It would be a calculated risk they the Ravens may feel is worth it.

I'm starting to agree with you on hoping that Atlanta takes Ryan so we don't have to worry about a possible trade up to #5. If he's there at #8 he's the pick without a doubt. If he's not, try and trade back with a team that wants to jump in front of Cincy and take Ellis.

It's going to be a fun day. I'm anxious to see which of the 3 other QB's the Ravens will take if they miss out on Ryan.
