Roy is the best WR of the bunch. Housh is second. My personal prediction (based on nothing more than wimsy) is that the Bengals move CJ for some picks and resign TJ, thus ridding themselves of the headache that is Ocho Cinco. If Roy is allowed to leave w/nothing in return for Detroit then Mr. Ford clearly decided to replace Matt Millen with someone just as incompetent.

Agreed. But long term - and let's face it, the short term for Detroit is so ugly the long term is all that matters - they should tag him and get some picks. Unless there's a wealth of O-line FAs they can add, it won't matter how many stud WRs the Lions have b/c their QB will be on his back too much to throw to them.

Even when they have time it really doesnt make a difference! Quaterback is a position of jest on the Lions roster!

Unless Marvin Harrison and his agent agree to a major restructuring of his contract, I expect he'll be cut by the Colts after this season. You don't want to see it happen with a longstanding player like that, but there's no way they can justify his price next season. This season is a wash, consider it a favor from the franchise he's getting paid what he is this year already.

So maybe a franchise needing a short-term veteran gives him a call. He might still be a servicable #2, if he lines up on the other side/against the #2 corner.
