You ever see another analyst open his mouth on matters he has no business in that wasn't a complete idiot? Why is this even an issue here. Barkley was a hall of fame player. But completely makes a fool of himself when he talks. It's almost as bad as Shannon Sharpe. You really are gonna sit there and say Charles Barkley isn't acting like a fool on tv?

A lot of people including myself respect his opinion, he gets outstanding ratings by speaking his mind and I'd much rather have that than your same typical bland, vanilla sportscaster who talks about the same ish over and over again, and yes...it his business to speak about these things because he is making a ton of money being Charles Barkley and speaking his mind.

He gets outstanding ratings because he's a loudmouth idiot who says whats on his mind, usually followed by "he's a knuckle-head." LeBron Said it best who actually is a well-mannered intelligent human being unlike barkley. "He's stupid." Kenny Smith is a good analyst. Tim Legler is a GREAT analsyt. Barkley and STeven A Smith are liked because they are loud and crude and blast people. I do not care for it.

He may get ratings but as an anlayst he's crap. Ed Werder is a joke but once he's on TV everyone wants to know whats goin down in Big D. People watched Sean Salisbury because he was known for being brash and offensive to bad players. I didn't watch him, don't watch werder, and don't watch Barkely. I'll take Schlereth, CLayton, and TIm legler, guys who know what they are talking about. If you want to be amused by his antics thats fine, no problem with that, but I prefer intelligence when i wanna listen to experts.

Don't listen to 'em then. If you know today that Barkley is gonna be on ESPN, or any other channel, don't watch the channel. It's too easy.
