If Pryor could throw the ball further than 20 yards, I would agree with the argument. They are losing a lot of their offense and a lot of keys on defense. The Big Ten is really going to have a down year next year.

The big ten won't be any worse next year than it was this year.

2010 will be the big year though. By then Pryor will be a Junior, Penn state will be good as always, UM will have a living QB, Minnesota will be 3 very good recruiting classes deep, Illinois will be much better when Juice is gone and MSU will be competing for a B10 title

Won't be the best conference but it'll be much improved

I don't care what anyone says, Oklahoma is not a top 5 team, you lose 4 linemen you are gonna lose some games... The Buckeyes might drop a lot if the can't reload on D... Virginia Tech is going to wreck people next year... Penn State is done for, no receivers, half an O-line, no D-Ends = trouble... Iowa was like Michigan State this year a one man team and now that man is gone... I think the suprise of the triple option will wear off a little next year but that won't matter if Georgia Tech amps up the D... Oregon is in for a down season with USC, Cal, Oregon State and maybe even Arizona being better than them... Notre Dame deserves to be nowhere near a top 25 list... Florida State will be a year older and better... The Utes lost to many pieces to be in the top 2 of their own conference... Nebraska is the frontrunner to win the Big12 North next year... Kansas needs to find a defense if they want to compete for it... and everyone knows Tech will still put up the numbers but they just won't put the same fear in people.
