Not bad for the Eagles. I'd rather see tight end before tackle, but I could live with that

either way coffman would be the next t.e. off the board with pettigrew and cook already gone by the time you take left tackle....better value in the third for him.

Ayers and Urbik are both solid Bears picks. I still personally prefer Nicks/Britt to DHB....still too much of a speedy, deep threat finesse guy to be the compliment to Hester that we need at the position.

Wells is nice, but Ahmad Bradshaw has been politely waiting his turn in line and the Giants FO is high on Danny Ware. While the '3 Headed Monster' got alotta hype it was more so BJ and Ward that were doing the do running the ball. Bradshaw was more of a occasional spell back later in the game

i see what your saying but dhb is just as big and physical as those guys and is a very good blocker for a w.r....britt and nicks may be more willing to catch in traffic accross the middle which would be a better compliment to hester....close call but just in case i change it, who fits better nicks or britt?

Agreed. We could potentially get three future starters out of the first three rounds.

not sure chris wells is a good replacement for ward or a complement to jacobs because he is a powerful runner as well

i absolutely love the picks of britton and barden

Butler's interesting...fits what we need at the position as far as skill set but gives us a second #2 as I don't think Cotchery is a #1. Interesting third as well...

As stated in the Pats forum

My own assessment...

1) At 23- Maybin, English, Barwin and Sintim are available.
Leading me to believe that one of them will be available at 34
So I'd take DHB at that spot.

2a) At 34- I'd take one of the those pass rushing OLB's I previous stated.

2b) W. Moore pick is good

2c) WR is taken cared of in the 1st round so I think the CB position needs to be addressed. I like M. Mickens here (CIN)

3) I like the OT position here as well. I don't know the guy but if he versitile like you say and can play the RT well enough- or can be groomed into a starting RT- I'd love it. Our right side blows

There is no need for a OT in round 2.

Unger would be such a better pick fill a huge need.

Same Vikings picks as before, and Harvin still perplexes me. You say, "runs the ever popular wildcat extremely well". Brad Childress and Bevell have a tough time calling 10 different plays a game, how the hell would you expect them to ever insert in something as tricky as the wildcat. I do agree that he would be a hell of a return guy, but there are plenty of good return guys in this draft, that you don't need to spend a first round pick on a returner. I'd go with Alex Mack there, and keep the rest of the picks the same, as they are exellent.

If the Vikes take Harvin over DHB/Maclin/Nicks I'll probably stop watching the draft and drink myself to sleep at whatever time of the day they make the pick
