Who is the Pittsburgh Steelers SuperFan? (Read Post before voting)
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE VOTING:
How to Vote:
You will vote in the poll above, but you should be voting for who you think is the best fan of his/her team. This means that the person has shown extraordinary knowledge of football and their team on both the NFL and Team Forum. This is also a person who lives and dies with their team. This DOES NOT mean the person who is an Admin/Mod/Team Leader, or who is just a stupid homer.
If you have questions post them here.
The SuperFan Competition:
Every day, starting May 1st, I will put up a poll in the off-topic thread, stickied for 24 hours. Every day will be a different team (let's say "Giants") I will make a list of at most, 10 Giants fans, and the SWDC public votes for who is the super fan of the group. Now, this isn't the most homer fan, or the fan who is a mod/admin/around the most. This is who has the most knowledge or his/her team, who has the most knowledge of the NFL, and who makes positive and well-thought out posts on any NFL material.

I had to go with JBond, I would have to say that HinesWardJr would be a VERY close second though.
Jakey and Mr. Stiller are also VERY good posters. Man this one was tough. Some very good and active Steelers posters on this site.

I voted for HWJ. Even living all the way in AZ, he still posts the most information on the Steelers. Is very educated and seems to spend lots of his time searching for info.
Mr. Goosemahn is new to the boards but he deserves to be in the poll and would have probably been my second choice.
Mike is probably been here the longest (aside from JBond) and he is a mainstay on the team forum.
I don't even know who S4L is.
Jakey and Mr. Stiller go on extended leave of absents. But both are very knowledgable about the Steelers. Should get some votes.
Bharrat and Strongside are also very talkative in the team forums and they both should get some votes too.
SmoothCriminal has been a member for a real long time and whenever he does post it is straight and to the point. Just smacks you with his opinion and is gone again. Might be my favorite Steelers poster because of that.
JBond is JBond. And although in the 2 and half years I have been a memeber I have only seen him post maybe 5 times in the team forum, he holds down the NFL and Draft sections with his knowledge and obviously, he has been a big factor as to where the forum is today.
Good group of posters in all and was difficult to vote for just one.

A very solid group - and it makes for a tough choice. I had to refer to the team forum to come to a decision based on who looked most active. Mr. Stiller wins based on the number of threads started there. A superfan has to be responsible for driving the conversation.

Voted JBond, but HWJ, Bhaarat, Stiller, Jakey, and Terrible Towel wer all heavily considered. The person I most associate with the Steelers is HWJ, Stiller seems like the excellent homer/superfan of the group. Bhaarat is all around the place, and sparks up good conversation all over the place. In terms of overall knowledge around the NFL and for the draft, its hard not to go with JBond.

I know JBond or Hines is going to win this, so my vote went to Mr. Stiller.

I think there are definitely some great posters as Steeler fans. Obviously Hines in an SWDC legend for his nip pics, but he is a hardcore fan at the very least in every aspect.
I respect bhaarat a lot as a person, and he does know his football.
S4L, wish he still posted more, but he was definitely an underrated poster while here.
Mr. Stiller, TT, Jakey, etc. all have some great knowledge and share it often!
