Some goals:

Direction for the defense. Figuring who the hell fits where etc.
LJ plays in 16 games.
At Least 6 Wins.
Matt Cassel doing well and signing a long term deal.
D Bowe getting 90 plus receptions.
Brandon Flowers making the Pro Bowl. :D
Not getting swept by SD.
Winning at least one game against the NFC east.

I think those are all reasonable.
