They have their NT in Miller and now they news a DT who can provide a legit interior pass rush and take pressure off of gaines

No, they were a Tampa 2 team last year, and now they will switch to the 4-3, what the Packers ran when they had Jim Bates. This would require them to have DTs who are space eaters, not pass rushers, to open up holes and room for the LBers and their secondary will pall the bump-and-run more often.

Thats why McCoy will not be a good draft pick for them, he would be a waste.
