I'm a Packer fan looking for insight.

There has been some disatisfaction with Mike Mc Carthy as HC but that erupted after Sunday's embarrassing lost to Tampa. The future of Mc Carthy and Thompson has been THE topic in the media, call in shows and chats.

We won't know what direction the Packers will take until January but one name that has surfaced on internet chats as a possible coach is Grimm.
He was highly thought of in Pittsburgh and his blue collar approach would be a great fit for Green Bay. The fact that he was a teammate of Packer president Mark Murphy can't hurt.

That's all I know about him- What do you think of him as a head coach?
