We're down to the Big 4 undefeated teams, it's looking about 90% cut & dried if they all win out: the winner of Alabama - Florida gets Texas, the loser gets TCU.

Too bad we can't have a 2-game playoff here as prescribed by everybody, but that's it. When the season started I had thought Oklahoma would negate the Texas Big 12 dominance but the shoulder injury to their Heisman QB ended that.

Best upset shot here is TAMU over Texas on Thxgvg. with Florida St. over Florida 2nd. Realistically it won't happen without divine intervention or some other miracle.

Yeah Boise St. & Cincy U. get screwed in that scenario but I'm sick of listening to my in-laws in Boise ***** about it -- Take your weird blue field & go home.

TCU could be this yr's Utah if they win their bowl game over the Bama - Florida loser, get some Texas Senators to pass self-serving laws to overturn the BCS computer-generated %ages like Utah did a yr ago, but those lawmakers won't act if the Horns win it all. There is no icon in the Great State like the burnt orange longhorn silhouette logo. Still TCU is becoming the popular fan whose team isn't in the BCS NC race favorite, everybody loves the purple Hornytoad underdog now.

Anyone here in the SEC thread think TCU can hang with Florida or Bama? I think either SEC powerhouse can take Texas, whose defense is formidable, the only defense in the country better than Bama at stopping the run. The Horns vulnerability is risking McCoy in the running game, & their pass defense which hasn't actually been tested this yr, I'm waiting for the Aggies to press that button & see if they can stop an aerial attack.

Yay, Spurrier said he's probably giving up play calling next year. In favor of QB coach, G.A. Mangus.
