Sorry guys but you gotta admit it was a thrillride.
Watching that game reminds me so much of that year. I liked that '06 Bengals team better than our '05 play off team and our '09 play off team. They were statistically worse in every way to the '05 team, but I just had this feeling they were all the sudden going to turn it on -- then we lost to the Chargers :(
Sucks I was only like 8 when we were last good. Became a fan during the tuck rule game, had that 1 good season and now..... we dont need to talk about it
Rich Gannon, Charles Woodson, Rod Woodson, Tim Brown, Jerry Rice, Lincoln Kennedy. So many players I like. Rich Gannon is one of my all time favorite players because of his time with the Raiders.

Gannon was like a surgeon in that offense!
So underrated, and seemingly forgotten.
I loved that guy too, and him being a QB who teams didn't even want to draft as a QB. They wanted him to change position because they didn't think he had the arm/throwing motion/skills to be an NFL QB.

Don't forget Charlie Garner. I had forgotten some of his more ridiculous runs in 2002. His stats that year were amazing...273 touches, 1903 total yards, 7 YPT, 11 TD.

I actually included Charlie Garner and Jon Ritchie when I typed it up, but then I looked at the list and noticed they didn't really fit in with the others haha. Hell at that time I still liked Jerry Porter and thought that Doug Jolley would make a name for himself.
I am 100% a Packer fan, but for those 3 years I took on the Raiders almost like a second team.

I just sort of wanted to share this play, it's one of my very favorites...
