USC replaces AD, Bush Heisman returned
Mike Garrett had 2 national titles during his regime, but the scope of the Bush & Mayo scandal trumped those & he was replaced as the USC AD by former USC star QB & Rhodes Scholar Pat Haden.

The Bush Heisman has been returned to the Heisman Trust. I wonder if they returned the O.J. Simpson Heisman too.....

Improper benefits or no improper benefits, I'm sure a kid that grew up idolizing Reggie would still wear it.

You're probably right. I could see that happening some years down the road, but immediately, I'd have to say no. No kid in his right mind would go to USC in the near future and admit that he idolizes Bush.

Why not? Bush was one of the most exciting players college football has seen in along time.

Was there some shenanigans with OJ in college as well? I haven't followed college football for that long, so I don't know a lot about the older stuff.
Also, glad that douche got canned after the idiotic comments he made about everyone just being jealous of USC.

Busted in the NFL, now a pariah from the program that made him a star.
Sucks to be Reggie Bush, except for that guaranteed money he was given as a 2nd overall pick.

There's definitely a part of him that's going to be sad he can never go home again.
that and the fact he's a glorified Eric Metcalf
