Donte Stallworth Out for 2 Months

As many of you guys already know, Stallworth is going to miss up to 8 weeks for a broken bone in his foot.

This sucks, this guy was so motivated for making a comeback after the terrible accident in his life and then this happens.

enough with the negatives -

This means we will likely be able to keep David Reed, who many of the Raven fans on this board like. This is his opportunity to show he's deserves to be a Raven, hopefully he shines.

I'm also disappointed but not worried.
#3 receiver shouldn't be a problem, the team has a ton of 'healthy' talent.
1.) Mark Clayton is looking better than ever.
2.) Although he's made of shards of glass, D Williams has two tons of talent.
3.) Marcus Smith had a great camp, and he's also a former running back so you know he brings the noise.
4.) David Reed has potential, but needs to get more consistent to earn some playing time.
---- I strongly believe Eron Riley, and Justin Harper are too soft for the NFL.

I think that it sucks that we lose a guy who we thought was going to be an important part of our offense, but I think that Clayton will fill the #3 spot, and we will use more sets with 2 Wr's and either 2 TE'r or McClain out there.

I do like that this does help open up a spot for one of those younger receivers to get on the team.

yeah, not only is the good for the younger WR's, Ed Dickson and Dennis Pitta should see the field a lot more as well.

Also its not like he's out for the entire season. He will be back before the second half of the season and hopefully also the playoffs.
