Also, way late since I finally watched True Blood, but WTF? What genius writer thought it would be ok to just dump the ******* King of Mississippi in cement? Didn't we get a nice force fed helping of progeny being able to locate and help their maker? Are we to assume that, over the course of a day or two, nobody was looking for the King?
